Q&A:                           My 4-year-old is fluent in Italian, but recently she started to refuse to speak Italian to me. How much insisting can I do without putting he off?

We adopted a child from mainland China at 15months old. We would like her to develop Mandarin and also Italian which my husband is speaking to her all the time. What do you suggest?
